Charlie Sublet
Charlie Sublet's work primarily focuses on the tension and interaction between the human and natural worlds and one's sense of place, belonging and identity within these two worlds. He is inspired by the often bizarre and incongruous beauty found within scenes commonly regarded as mundane or ugly.
He exhibits regularly, has received a number of grants, awards, residencies and commissions and his work has been acquired by several institutions, including The State Library of Victoria. Refer to his website http://www.charliesublet.com for more detailed information and imagery.
One-off pieces and commissions available. Thanks for listening and bye for now.
