Cultural Organisations
The Convent building accommodates some 20 small arts and cultural organisations and creative agencies.
Most rooms are on the first floor and are approximately 10 square metres in size; there are a limited number of larger spaces. Each space has 24 hour access, heating, natural and fluorescent lighting, and a phone jack.
The lease terms of the smaller rooms are usually 12 to 24 months. Tenants have access to a meeting room, and they may hire other Convent venues at discount rates.
