Dorm 1 and Dorm 2

The large, light filled old dorms have been beautifully renovated to form two well serviced spaces dedicated to periods of research and development for the performing arts. The bare rooms offer space and time for the creation of new works.

Each space is available for R&D of new performance works for periods of between 2-12 weeks. Hirers have exclusive secure access to the space 24 hours a day, including storage, power and heating. These first floor spaces have lift and stair access, private toilet facilities, access to a shared lobby and an all in one green room / small office/ kitchenette.

There is no soundproofing between the four performing arts spaces in the building- please discuss your potential noise output with the venue coordinator when making a booking / planning activities.

Uses
The Dorms are available for hire on a weekly basis. They are ideal for music, dance, theatre, research and development, auditions, choreography,
