Anne Shotter is a Tarot consultant and teacher who has been well known in the Melbourne community for the past 24 years. Anne is the founder of The Tarot Guild as well as the prime motivator for qualifications and standards in Tarot practice. As well Anne is a qualified civil celebrant.
