Shirodhara
Warm medicated oils are poured over the forehead, one of the most relaxing and healing therapies available. Shirodhara calms an overactive mind, reduces stress and irritability and improves sleep patterns. May help with insomnia, stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and reducing hair loss. It is also beneficial for conditions such as endocrine gland imbalances, headaches, memory loss, ear, nose and throat disturbances.
   
Heart dhara
Physically this therapeutic treatment strengthens cardiovascular function, regulates blood flow and circulation. It can remove emotional blockages and soothe the nervous system via the circulatory system.
A deeply nourishing treatment where a dam wall made of dough is placed over the heart region.  A warm decoction of medicated herbs and oil is placed in the dam and sponged repeatedly over the heart region.
