These classes are gentle in nature, bringing total harmony to your mind, body and breath.
During January we are offering casual Saturday morning yoga classes from 8.15 - 9.45am. See below for next term's yoga and meditation schedule.
Yoga (term commences 1 Feb)
Monday: 10 - 11.30am and 6.45 - 8pm
Tuesday: 12.00 – 1.30pm and 5.45 – 6.45pm
Wednesday: 5.45 – 6.45pm (subtle yoga practices)
Thursday: 12.00 – 1.30pm
Saturday: 8.15 - 9.45am and 4 - 5pm
Meditation (term commences 1 Feb)
Monday: 11 - 11.30am
Tuesday: 1.00 - 1.30pm
Thursday: 1.00 - 1.30pm
Saturday: 9.15 - 9.45am
Yoga sessions: $100 per 10 week term, $15 per class casual.
30 minute meditation sessions are free of charge.

Evening Course: 27 Jan - 1 Feb, Tue to Fri 7 - 9pm plus Sat & Sun 10am - 12pm
