MOM is a fun & effective fitness program for mature women covering whole body workouts.
Each session provides new & interesting activities targeting big muscles - legs, trunk, arms, shoulders & back. The accessory & smaller deeper muscles are worked to complement & balance the body. We cater for people starting out to advanced.
The Rosina Auditorium is a perfect venue - a large space set in the gardens of the Convent. There's nothing quite like a healthy & invigorating start to the day in this stunning & unique environment.
