Make your own Brioche and Tea Cakes

What better person to teach you the secrets of brioche making than Head Pastry Chef Laetitia Bremaud who comes from a large family of pastry cooks and bakers from Saint Macaire en Mauges, a region in France well known  for excellent brioche.

Workshops also include morning tea, organic tea & coffee which we roast at the convent, pizza for lunch, apron, all recepies and a discovery walk around the magnificent Abbotsford Convent.

All workshops are a hands on experience where you mix, mould, cut, bake and get a little dirty but have lots of fun doing it.
